The contracts do not matter much. At the revenue run rate they are projecting they should expect so sign this much every three, four days. I think the more interesting question is why they were announced at all. Company does not have to because they are small and historically they have not announced every little contract. My cynical read is they included the contract so they can call the announcement "operational update" as opposed to "Sunraysia Arbitration delayed" (the trick seems to have worked with Reuters). The latter may have a negative share price reaction which may matter if they loose Schneider as well because they would have to raise capital again. And if that happened then what? In that case your first post would be a good summary I think: "boom"
