More upsizing in a stock offering as buying a real option as many around if company wants to go shopping but careful as dilution needs growth.
As merging with or incorporated into another needs return of investment. But bigger be stronger ??? & what execs kept and will they work as a better one? A win win if one co brings assets or staff with better that another has weakness as DCN needs another closer mill or Van out of legal needs mill or as does gsn & as many do or more development drilling or a better takeover specialist exec or or as many goods needed in a growing goldie =
There now are many Goldies in power nst, ncm, rrl, gor, dcn, evn slr & add another ten or more
wgx if wanting to match another goldie suitor would first find its strengths others would desire, as location close, whom could use its assets as mills or dirt, whom exec friendly with, where it wants growth as gold or other, heaps of dynamics =
But as not all a b out wgx as other needs to be interested to be a win win deal =
wgx's latest glossy was a bit negative (+ many costs, -staff, - production etc) then the news release of virus and more in less profit & a staffer leaving as? whilst a funds destroying its stock price with low lower lowered for months as a why objective??? = OH as = a drop OUT stock
CO in a COma?, funds in a blood frenzy?, and many goldies big and small in competing corporate shopping =
Yes a greed in overseas goldies too overrated as some brainless done. = East WEST au$/oz homes best =
Bigger would eat wgx probably but as a bigger needing better lowered - to = + returns for an in as medium goldie may offer desired better?
If wgx wanting to wear the pants close by maybe = wgv? or not ?
I got burnt recently so wgx in my unprofessional advice opinion does not deserve anything but pants down low lower lowered = me $ P IT e FULL
