Hello speculator101 Great analysis I might just add that ACM / Westgold are starting to pay their workers quiet well to attract people . Unfortunately their reputation does entice the top level guys so you have a lot of average operators trying to reach the high monthly budgets and interesting ground conditions to go along with it .
