    The ending of the Covid is not a negative in the slightest. Bigger picture MCS makes far more when things are open - events etc. The main positive from the ending of Covid is having extra personnel head towards the hospital side which will be such an important anchor point much like the shopping centre contracts.

    With North Metro Hospitals and the other regions once you are in and you maintain your levels it's very hard to have it lost. Plus the premium rates are usually better.
