    I guess everyone can agree that Mike was indeed 'reckless'.
    The urgency to get to 250,000 oz production with his bonuses linked was a stupid move, imho.
    AC is a frugal operator, from following him is past jobs, not sure how he let this get out of hand.
    But another setback in the life of investing.
