I believe you are correct about the dilution and I’m under no illusions that it could be pretty nasty. However I’ll remain hopeful we can wipe out a large amount of debt and keep dilution to around 50%. That would be a positive outcome from the current situation. Worst case scenario for me, is only a percentage of the debt gets wiped out and SP gets hammered leaving no room for future funding.
The AGM will be interesting. Are they planning on screening it ?
