How can they get away with such a long suspension when the company is trading?

Obviously to preserve the SP for the eventual raise when it happens .. I wonder if AR1 was trading and copper rebounding would they actually be raising at a higher price? Or has this been pure genius by management to suspend the stock, dig in and wait for a better CR conditions which they have achieved now?

Interested to see .. I still believe this will always to a low margin operation and thus one bad down turn away from being bankrupt however I am interested to see the outcome of the suspension and the info on the CR.
