    l'll bow to your experience with such things CEO. I'm sure you've chewed-up drill bits in more than one sort of hole.

    What I was wondering was weather there are ways of reducing the problem of collapsing drill holes when drilling though fragile oil reservoir rock. I guess more frequent running of casing would help for as long as stepping down drill diameter was an option. However, I'd hope some clever engineer would have come up with something better.
