What I like about this announcement is that it is a nice little primer for what is coming soon. I particularly like that Australian and International companies are doing due diligence. Any company farming in will be buying gas and condensate and getting exposure to some hot prospectivity. So you would think that there will be a good upfront cash payment , plus some carry on future drilling /development. The value of the farmout could be in the region of 20 to 40 cents a share , and that is without any value for whatever project we decide on .
