The fact that small modular refineries and servicing of the NW Aus transport and resource industries fuel markets hasn't been included in the published commercialisation plans doesn't give me a lot of confidence in the consultants used by BRU at great cost nor in the visible strategic thinking of BRU board and senior management.
Suitably located they could be achieving a cross between wholesale and retail prices for the offtake if BRU partnered in a small refining operation which could be located on the main road.
