NST could solve many of the companies problems, simply by tripling their share dividends.
Currently, 1.15 billlion shares, with a 30 cents a share, annual dividend, costs around $380 million dollars?? Plus nst has a share buyback kitty of around, from memory, 300 million dollars??
With gold at nose bleed levels, and climbing, NST could cancel the share buy back fund, and triple the share dividends. This would increase the share price, protect the company from raiders, and the superannuation funds would be climbing over the fence to buy in.
Just my two cents worth!
