Thanks rasberry, I had similar feelings on gifting of the holding. We should raise this with management and see their position. I have written to company but unfortunately missed this point. I think we as investors have the right to understand what is happening and why it is happening and how it may be reflected in the SP. It is time to communicate, this is beginning to look like a lifestyle company for management. Let me see what response I get and what to do from there. If there is progress, the SP would be much higher now. GLTAH
