What we do not want is a partner (like Origin) that will either not approve work programs/budgets or slow us down . Any incoming partner needs to sign up for a meaningful work program in a fixed timeframe .

Agreed. Interesting revelation was made recently that ROC also slowed them down by not supporting proper drilling of Ungani Nth.
