    Excuse us for not getting real CEO, but we have all seen too many plans before that have not come to fruition. Personally, I will get a little more real when a deal is done and a rig is on site , otherwise it sounds just like one of Baldricks cunning plans. Submitting a Plan to the DMP is just a plan .
