The sad reality is it seems we had one sole interested company and they were too tight to close the deal. Unlike my high held hopes of an auction type deal, it seems our dataroom didn't inspire much bloodflow.
Full credit to the pragmatic bruthers like Just Sayin and others for keeping a cool head but Raf didn't "tantalise" a single partner willing to strike a deal.
