The thing me & the girls will be looking for/hoping for when the Rafa Shallow partner is confirmed is a partner with Big Double D Cup Kahunas for whom Rafa Shallow is very obviously inconsequential (unless we happen to prove up 80 mmbbls upside) so it is immediately crystal they are the Preferred Candidate for the Rafa MainGame who are showing faith upfront (while waiting for the final seismic evaluation) as part of a staggered farm-in deal, next stage being the Appraisal/Re-test, step-out wells etc, leading to FID and full development/production.
