Rafa structure sounds more like light oil structure to me rather than gas/condensate.
Best estimate of 19 million barrels sounds good to me. Net revenue of at least $190-$280m if follow same lazy path of development by selling via long road trip to Wyndham if storage tank can be secured again.
Enough volume to establish a modular mini (tea kettle) refinery with a specialist partner with production of about 2,500 -3,000barrels/day over 20 years to get much better margins and reliable cash flow and chance of Government funding support for developing the north and national security reasons. Tea Kettle refinery close enough to take some extra oil from Ungani, Ungani West & Ungani North and probably improve their economics.
