Why would a dual listing be needed if the MOUs were going ahead successfully ? Dual listing means another raise for SRN, if the MOUs were going ahead what would be the point of the dual listing, dual listing increases access to capital, which wouldnt be needed if MOUs were positive , seems "continued discussions with all the key stakeholders is positive .." might be a little dishonest.
