“No mention of the MOU’s” lol lol lol. Do you think these two key points from today’s announcement are referring to anything else but the Saudi MOUs????

“ the provision of shipping services from the Port of Geraldton to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (“KSA”;

 co-development of the planned KSA Vanadium plant.”

Both the Saudis and Surefire would have signed confidentiality agreements when the MOUs were formed. I very much doubt that Surefire would chance being in breach of that agreement, simply for the benefit of some shareholders who need to be spoon fed!
