    Do you know what a MOU actually is?

    They mean nothing. Its a agreement to agree to something in the future. It is so fague and a lot of the time, nothing comes of it. They're non-binding, not legally enforcable and at times, some companies uses them to show progress where there is nothing else to show.

    It keeps the SHers away from the pitchforks for a quarter or two.

    In all the MOU's that were put in place by Burton at his last gig, none amount to a single thing.
