The RIGI is already talking about 19,000 million dollars in mining investments (lmneuquen.com)The pathways to funding Lithium projects with tens of Billions of dollars of investment being facilitated by things like Argentina's recent "RIGI" (Incentive Regime for Large Investments) framework (see article link above which can be simply translated).

Lithium Table was held and the numbers that came out of that meeting speak for themselves: the potential for investments in Salta, Jujuy and Catamarca climbs to
19,000 million dollars and implies the generation of 15,000 jobs.
Adherence to the Incentive Regime for Large Investments (RIGI) is emerging as a fundamental tool for the realization of these investments. The breakdown by province would be as follows: 9,000 million in Salta, while in Catamarca 7,000 million will be allocated and Jujuy will retain 3,000 million in investments."
Kachi and Lake Resources even get a mention...."Also in the province is the Kachi project, in the Carachi Pampa salt flat. Australia's Lake Resources plans an investment of more than $1.3 billion and is seeking financing to start production in 2027."
This, along with the recent meetings held in Buenos Aires - including the Minerals Security Partnership Forum, US-Argentina Business Council (both attended by David Dickson as seen in the links below), sheds some light on the structures, laws and agreements being put in place to attract investment in the tens of Billions of dollars into Argentine Lithium projects.
Now, readers can choose to keep their heads buried in the sand and not take note of what is actually going on in this respect, or acknowledge that the pathway to funding the Kachi project (and others like it) is becoming much clearer and far more likely considering how things are progressing at high level, both on the ground in Argentina and the US.
