And enabled the S&Ps and the ASXs to capitalize, albeit by totally misunderstanding what WAS HAPPENING!!!
THEY significantly contributed to the hype with their "promotions", sucking in those that TRUSTED those that created Indeces (how could they after the GFC disaster???)
And they wonder why there's a slowdown in IPOs and trading volumes!!! The "systems" are FRAUGHT. The ASX is fraught. Imagine, they have a SELL recommendation aganst them, our elite exchange!!!

How can one punter BORROW shares to trade and the rest have to pay up front?? Maybe, really implement what stock exchanges spout about, running a balanced and fair market, then, have both punters have the same rules, either the shorter has to pay up front, or, allow the positive punter to borrow?? Might improve those flailing volumes.
