LKE’s survival is perilously close to death.
1. LKE stated, they needed to raise A$20mil @ a shockingly low price of 7 cents, just to reach finding a “strategic partner” in their timeline.
2. The LKE timeline set, for a “strategic partner”, was at Q3 - Q4 2024.
3. Well, as expected, LKE fell short of their CR target (A$20mil).
4. LKE raised $15.1mil (after costs).
5. So, that timeline of Q3 - Q4 2024 is looking decidedly closer to Q3 2024.
6. But wait!…LKE just told the market, the search for a “strategic partner”, will leak into AT LEAST 2025.
It’s good nurse on this dud.
