Under both ASX Listing Rule 3.1 and the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), the core obligation of a listed entity under the continuous disclosure regime is to immediately disclose any information that concerns it to the ASX if a reasonable person would expect that information to have a material effect on the price or value of the entity's securities
certainly this would have a material effect on the price,
and they have had 2 months to put together a presentation if they want one.
as I say
either a false announcement or they do not comply with the above,
they did ann that sign off was expected on or before the next business day.
