Yes agree with you here that they should have gone about this last 12 months a bit more differently on the PR front instead of living predominantly Q to Q whilst carrying a strike. Assuming they thought they may have been able to have a deal wrapped up for us which didnt eventuate as yet - not sure how advanced this Europe deal got/currently is.
Every vote either side of the spill will count given it needs 50% for it to get up. Anyway thats your right as shareholders.
