A flow chart of the process would be useful here. The fact that the company states that "We also intend to trial the lead circuit in the next few months, once ....... we are confident that lead recovery will not sacrifice silver revenue." indicates that lead recovery COULD affect silver revenue, which implies that it must occur, or at least some process allied to Pb recovery must occur prior to the silver being produced. Otherwise, if the whole lead recovery took place after the silver was extracted, there couldn't be any risk of impact on Ag production.

Personally I wouldn't hope for more than, say, $500k per qtr from the lead. Not a company maker, but better than a poke in the eye with a blunt stick. On reflection, might be a company saver!! :-)
