It would be a sad and disappointing end, but more frustrating will be the fact that it could have been so easily avoided, by one simple decision on financing, back in the day. Because, quite simply, as many said at the time, accepting any finance proposal at 15% was always going to end up being business suicide, and yet some of us still took the punt to invest, oh well ... such is human nature, or more probably, the nature of hope.
