Management appear to have burnt their bridges with 'sophisticated' investors and all other lenders - hence why they took the last resort and came cap in hand to loyal retail shareholders for more cash.

Now it appears that they will run out of cash again. Who in their right mind would participate in another capital raising for this bunch of incompetent buffoons?

If they can't raise any cash, they can't pay the employees. No employees - no production. No production - no income.

Company is dead in the water.

Time is running out to call the EGM and attempt to save the company from ruin.
