I don't want to be a Debby downer, but the signs of failure are there. Notably insignificant progress month to month for a few months timelines stretching out and out now, and a transition to horizontal fracking. Looking to new fund sources because they probably need it. EXR selling out etc etc.
I hope they succeed.
I just prefer to invest where I know they will succeed given the current state of markets.
