Great to see they are getting ready to bring in a partner. They wouldn't have started this process unless the CBM experts that work for these Chinese companies can see the trajectory of change.
You'd hope the share price was higher prior to bringing in a partner - increasing our bargaining power and post-farm-in retained interest - but given the financial constraints the company has operating out of Australia, it is probably inevitable (and better than continuing to raise equity at low prices). Given the huge size of the resource, there should still be a massive piece of pie leftover for shareholders.
