RED's future turns on the upcoming final feasibility study for the expansion of the King of the Hills mine.
I'm expecting that it will incorporate a A$2200+ gold price which may have a shooting the lights out effect .
it will go something like ' geez we're good check out that FFS: NPV of $500million and IRR of 35%'
Will the financially challenged management secure the requisite loan funds of $100m to commit to a final investment decision ?
Maybe. Maybe not.
On the evidence of the dopey bulk forward sales at $2095 I'm anticipating some reservations amongst the would-be financiers.
A takeover is looming as the likely outcome.
