What's the bet that Bank of America leant out their shares to shorters who knew about the mill issues back in May. Bank of America increased their holdings in June probably due to the demand by the shorters wanting to borrow their stock. The shorters are now making bucket loads of cash by shorting this stock due to info that wasn't publicly released.
