Some of these areas could well fit the situation we find ourselves in at present.

Information which is a supposition or is insufficiently definite could warrant a reprieve from reporting.

It seems that there could be a few loopholes including confidentiality of information that could also exclude the need to report.

In summary, there is not necessarily a need to report if the company can satisfy any of the exclusions listed.

The present trading halt suggests that they are now preparing a report which has been called "positive news" so hopefully, all our questions will be answered.
