I think they already realised that there would be a shortfall from shareholders in the uptake due to the present SP.
That is probably why they chose plan B, and offered the convertible notes.
ATM, it is a catch 22, just riding through to production process and staying afloat..... but as ashes has already stated, the LCK team have more to lose than anyone and will do everything in their power to make it happen.
I think they already realised that there would be a shortfall...
