Are you 100% sure they don’t own shares in the company which aren’t directly in their names ? The company has an employee share plan , approved a few AGMs ago and there are numerous ‘companies’ which own parcels of shares LCK which aren’t directly in the name of individuals 

understand you’re upset with the company mate , I am too, but I notice that all the more recent funding options are simply to keep the lights on until after resource upgrade where ideally funding options are on far better terms for shareholders - due to a much higher share price 

make no mistake - I too am feeling more than a little fatigued with delays and lack of comms from the company
