mrvanleet, that is not correct. The vote is to repeal Senate Bill 21 which was only passed in April 2013. ACES predates that and is not been voted on according to anything I can find. In fact a large focust of the campaign is on how SB 21 waters down the exploration-incentive affects of ACES by providing excessive production credits without new exploration.
