    Strategic review is probably more to do with accessing/securing working capital. They're looking to increase the limit of shares it can issue without prior shareholder approval from 15-25% - resolution in upcoming AGM

    Probably hard to get a successful SPP off the ground with so many commercialisation promises slipping by the wayside.

    Won't need to open the bottom drawer for at least another year I think.
