    What about the Magna $5m loan - it is a convertible loan?

    Resources First haven't converted anything to date so it looks like they are happy to take the interest and free shares/options. Note that I believe this loan was changed at the last minute from being AUD to USD which means it currently sits at around AUD$3.25m
