    shareholder would have been more comfortable if they knew EXG had the funds to withstand another hiccup rather than needing to fear more piecemeal equity dilutions.

    That is why another CR would be a positive not a negative to SP, I am all for it. rights issue at the discount does not disadvantage anybody who take their allotment
