One of the interesting things from this article is the denial of a capital raising cf the subsequent announcement that there will be a private placement by the company.
How does Mr Campbell explain this? Is he mentally well (this is a serious question), how is the pressure of his position effecting his judgement?
How does he explain the contradictory statements? Was he okay with giving misleading statements on the record? Or did he truly believe there was no possibility of a capital raising needing to be done? Neither look good
How long has a capital raising been discussed with the relevant investment bank?
What was the original price the Company could have got it away at? How does that compare with the price now (assuming that one is actually done?)
Will Mum and Dad investors be allowed to participate in the Capital raising?
To my mind this questions the competency of management and the board overseeing management.
