Let’s say management holds 30m (options & stock) would they rather hold this in a company that has 1.7b shares or 1.2b. As for expansion from feb next year asic will drop to $1000 again and they will make the 40m a year without diluting their personal holdings. So they have to wait an extra year.
Put yourself in their shoes. What would you do.
Looks like they have decided. Stiff the option holders!!!
