I am wondering the same. Today has been a bit of a disaster and I got caught by surprise with the announcement during the day and not pre-open. I was convinced current SP seen this week had factored in an announcement like today. Did not expect today's reaction. I am now down again overall but with a significant exposure. I will still sleep tonight as I will be holding long term. Although if September QTR is another miss then will have to seriously rethink this investment.
The disappointing thing to me is that the market was not informed earlier that AISC was unlikely to meet forecast. I will be calling Jim early next week for a please explain and give them my two bobs on this quarterly reporting nonsence. Definitely needs to revert to monthly in mho as I may have not purchased two weeks ago an additional 35k of shares if info was timely.
