Not sure that Pybar ever provided mining services to Unity? If so where at? Dargues never got off the ground for Unity, Henty was owner operator as far as I knew?
Neither contractor is or was responsible for geology, at the end of the day be it Byrnecut or Pybar they can only provide direction and guidance. Ultimately the decisions are made by WPG, in this instance the decision was to mine gold that is not economical to mine.
