With current proven reserve itd be impossible to drop the aisc significantly i think?

Dropping the aisc needs more underground reserve, meaning more drilling and exploration required, meaning more capex to spend..

It's a perfect sh#tstorm:

Currentlly selling every oz of gold at a loss,
$20 loan burden,
Cant do cap raise with $12m market cap without significant recap of share register.

Even if one could think creatively and wildly about what to do to save the business, impossible to save current holders without major dilution.

Not talking down, just seeing things as they stand.
