They can't mark it as price sensitive I'd imagine, they said to the asx that no price-sensitive events had occurred a few weeks ago (when it's possible that the tool had become stuck). If they said that the delay and correction were price sensitive now they would be be lying in hindsight to the asx possibly.
I'm sure regular drilling operation occurrences like this actually aren't price sensitive (I'd trust they know the asx rules better than anyone on here), but it does raise my eyebrow a bit about that action a few weeks ago.
