IMO this is a leaky ship with the sell down that happened weeks ago.
Could easily trade this knowing this info.
Do i think AP made the right call in just going about business and resolving the issue and announcing retro spectively, yes but still near impossible to stop insiders cousins friends ex wife from selling/buying IMO
the clue will be over the next few weeks to watch the chart, if theres buying or selling we know the flow
