i would say they found something very interesting far exceeding expectations and needed to be confirmed by a independent specialist , the markets will respond positively to the second report , and a fiance company would want this if they intend to fiance a pipe line ,
if they can get to 15 -20k bpd this makes it a $500mil a year well and total justifies a pipe line ,
what we do know is we have oil ,the big ? is how much bpd
marti will deliver the cuban holy grail to may holders might holy grail number 2 in this well [confirmed by a independent specialist]
