It may be a legit excuse but IMO they play all the tricks of the book. They hide the undesirable information as much as possible, and pay themselves performance shares in the main time for doing what they were supposed to be doing anyway. It may be raining but it doesn't stop the CEO from getting over 400k base salary plus super/bonuses (market cap is around $10 mil!) . And executives and directors may attempt to get bonuses with the connection of Odin 2, irrespective of the delays. Going back to Galilee, I recall them initially blaming to the rain, then covid, then partner postponed the project, and years later they say the well doesn't flow!
