Actually the options not getting exercised is probably worse for share holders... as then they will probably actually need a government grant and some pretty smooth sailing to get over the line.

The people who want a cap raising at 20c instead of options exercised are dreaming when a cap raising does not work at 7c, option dilution is at 12c for us option dreamers, and 7c or below is probably the scary realty of dilution(s) we may face.

A government grant for pipelines is pretty common practice; however, we may not see the 'hope' of that until the gas pressure measurements or later.
