Not sure if your racial profiling is accurate or relevant. But the guys right and wrong.
He's wrong about BAS being broke, they are a debt free outfit, generating cash from the sale of oil. They pay their bills, and can continue like this for some time. The profits though are marginal, and the SP isnt amazing.
What they do have are the rights to some prospects, that if they play out, could make this little guy a profitable play for us.
Where he could be right is that kiwi is the only catalyst that could breathe life into the oppies.
Do you guys see anything else happening before September 30 (it would probably have to be around the end of August) that could bring the SP 5 to 10 cents above the 12c strike price of the oppies?
